We have been appointed as structural engineers for this project, constructing a new workshop and refurbishing existing buildings for a specialist car engineering company.
The client provides servicing and restoration of vintage Ferraris, and expressed a desire for the new buildings to reflect the same level of craftsmanship that takes place in their workshops. The new design needs to optimise the available workshop space on multiple floors, including a basement, while also displaying the cars to their best advantage.
