High Street Brentwood
Corbett and Tasker are the Structural and Civil design engineers for this development of a prominent brownfield, urban site in Brentwood, Essex.
The ground floor accommodates commercial space and the upper floors are residential; the top floor accommodating apartments with dramatic vaulted ceilings within the distinctive duopitched roof forms.
Cantilever substructure is proposed where new structure abuts the existing boundary structures on the site. The project is well underway on site with completion scheduled for winter 2021/22.
