Rochester Riverside: Marketing Suite
We are the engineers for this Marketing Suite, future proofed for commercial use, designed and constructed within a 6 month programme for Countryside Properties PLC.
The site is contaminated, prone to flooding and in an area recently reclaimed from the Thames. Driven precast piles support an in-situ ground slab with a steel frame and composite deck superstructure above, including a 12m spanning floor with integrated services and structural zone.
