Corbett and Tasker are the Structural Engineers for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed property which accommodates office space in the Borough of Westminster.

An extra level was created through the addition of a lightweight timber structure at roof level and access has been improved with a new glazed lift shaft at the rear.

The property was in a state of disrepair so the existing structure has been strengthened and was restored to its original state where possible.
