This award winning terrace of five new family houses uses an innovative cellular clay block system called Poroton as the primary structural element for increased thermal performance. Engineered timber joists and beams are used for the first floor and geometrically complex roofing system. Corbett and Tasker are the Structural Engineers for the scheme, which was completed on site during Summer 2017 and in 2018 won the Small Residential category at the Mid Sussex Design Awards.
